Teacher, Coach, Advocate
Throughout his life, Rick has always believed in serving his community. He started his career as a public school teacher, fighting for students who needed extra help and led a group that helped the blind. After he first retired, he answered the call again by delivering mail when the Postal Service needed workers.
Rick's values come from a strong family. His parents were a nurse and a Teamster who taught him the importance of hard work. He is a devoted family man, raising his three children and stepchildren, and now enjoys being a grandfather.
As a lifelong hunter and a member of St. Patrick’s Church for over 30 years, his faith and love for Pennsylvania run deep. His background as a coach and professional athlete taught him the discipline and teamwork needed to serve his community well.
